What Clients Are Saying

"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of affections or diseases ", is taken as a support point for the analysis of a concept that, among other things, does not explicitly distinguish between health and health.'

Daniel Johnson

“a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”

Julia Michele

"Poor anger management is associated with high blood pressure. Behind every medical illness, it is possible to find a mental health concern as well."

Robert Green

"Everyone has “stuff” that they keep contained in a tightly sealed plastic bag. There are some who occasionally can’t help but let the “stuff” leak, and there are those with the bag wide open.."
